Quadra Plast was founded by Hubert Racine, Guy Ross and Jocelyn Legault. At the time, the company mainly manufactured vertical blinds.

Production of profiles for windows and other industries begins.

Hubert Racine remains sole owner and begins development of the NÉO series, a window system sold to many Quebec manufacturers.

The company expands its product offering to include profiles for the above-ground pool industry and moldings for baths and showers.

Sylvain Tassé and Normand Doucet purchase Hubert Racine's shares.

Quadra Plast acquires the building at 18 rue Sicard in Sainte-Thérèse.

The company doubles its sales.

Growth continues with the manufacture of greenhouse gutter profiles.
